Helping accomplished leaders recognize what matters before they decide what to do next.
Today’s alumni are not simply asking, “What job should I pursue next?”
They are navigating pivotal decisions that shape the next chapter of their leadership, impact, and identity.
I partner with universities, alumni communities, executive education programs, and leadership initiatives to provide executive coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements for accomplished professionals navigating career inflection points, high-stakes decisions, and leadership transitions.
Experienced leaders rarely need more information.
They need space to recognize what they may have been overlooking.
My role is not to tell clients what to do.
It is to help them notice what matters, think more clearly, and move forward with confidence in the decisions they make.
For more than 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of healthcare, higher education, and leadership.
As an Executive Leadership Advisor, Executive Coach, and Healthcare Administrator at Columbia University Medical Center, I understand the complexity of leading within mission-driven institutions where decisions carry both organizational and human consequences.
That lived experience informs how I coach.
I create a confidential space where leaders can think deeply, evaluate strategically, and decide with intention.
For experienced professionals asking:
• Is this still the right role for me?
• Am I ready for greater leadership?
• How do I reposition my experience?
• What do I want my next chapter to look like?
• Do I stay, pivot, or build something new?
For leaders who are still capable, but no longer willing to lead in ways that cost too much.
Coaching may focus on:
• decision fatigue
• invisible leadership load
• over-functioning
• boundaries
• leadership sustainability
• values-aligned momentum
For leaders seeking to strengthen:
• clarity in complex environments
• confidence in high-stakes conversations
• strategic decision-making
• executive presence
• influence without self-abandonment
• graduate and professional alumni
• mid-career and senior professionals
• healthcare and academic leaders
• faculty and physician leaders
• high-achieving women leaders
• women of color navigating leadership transitions
• professionals considering entrepreneurship, portfolio careers, or reinvention
• The Hidden Cost of Over-Functioning
• What Sustainable Leadership Actually Requires
• Leadership Transitions Without Losing Yourself
• Why Resilience Training Isn’t Fixing This
• Executive Presence Beyond Performance
• Recognizing What Matters Before You Decide What to Do Next
Each session is designed to create reflection, clarity, and practical next steps for accomplished professionals navigating complex leadership moments.
